Booking Terms

Last Updated: September 05, 2026

These Booking Terms govern all bookings made through Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By making or participating in a booking on Cry-Fi, you agree to these Booking Terms, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Session Mode & Safety Policy, Code of Conduct, and all other applicable Cry-Fi policies.

1. Booking Process

Cry-Fi is an online marketplace that connects Support Seekers with independent Listeners. Bookings must be made through the Cry-Fi Platform.

A booking is confirmed once the Support Seeker successfully selects an available service and time slot and completes the required payment through an approved payment method available on the Platform.

Each booking is associated with the selected Listener, service, session type, date, start time, duration, and other applicable booking information.

Cry-Fi acts as a technology platform facilitating bookings and payments. Listeners are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Cry-Fi.

Bookings are processed through the Platform and do not require a Listener to manually accept or reject an individual booking.

2. Payment & Platform Fees

Booking payments are collected by Cry-Fi before the scheduled session begins.

The booking amount may be held by Cry-Fi until the booking is successfully completed or otherwise resolved under applicable Cry-Fi policies.

After successful completion or resolution of the booking, Cry-Fi may release the Listener’s applicable earnings according to the Platform revenue model.

Currently, Listeners receive 80% of the booking amount, while Cry-Fi retains 20% as its Platform service fee.

Cry-Fi reserves the right to modify its fee structure with reasonable notice where applicable.

3. Session Types

Depending on the Listener’s availability and services, bookings may include:

  • Online Sessions

  • Cry-Fi Video Sessions

  • Other supported online session modes

  • Offline Sessions

  • One-on-One Sessions

Each booking is valid only for the selected service, date, start time, duration, participants, and session type.

The specific session mode available for a booking depends on the service selected and the features enabled for that booking.

4. Gender Preference for Listener Services

Listeners may specify a Gender Preference for a particular service or listing.

The applicable Gender Preference is part of the service information and is intended to help Support Seekers identify whether a service is suitable for them before making a booking.

Where a Gender Preference is specified:

  • It will be displayed clearly on the service card.

  • It will be displayed prominently on the service detail page.

  • The Gender Preference will be displayed at or above the service price.

  • Support Seekers are expected to review the service information, including the Gender Preference, before booking.

  • Listeners are not required to manually accept or reject individual bookings based on gender after a booking has been made.

The Gender Preference is a service-level compatibility preference intended to help users choose an appropriate service. It does not permit harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, or disrespectful treatment of any participant.

If a Support Seeker books a service despite the stated Gender Preference and the Listener discovers the mismatch after the session has connected, the Listener may:

  • Politely end the session immediately if the Listener is not comfortable continuing; or

  • Continue the session if the Listener is comfortable doing so.

A gender mismatch by itself does not create an automatic refund, compensation, payment reversal, or other special financial consequence.

Any separate issue involving misconduct, harassment, abuse, fraud, or another violation of Cry-Fi policy may be reviewed independently under the applicable Cry-Fi policies.

5. Cry-Fi Video Sessions

Where a booking includes a Cry-Fi Video Session, Cry-Fi may provide an integrated video meeting facility associated with that specific booking.

The meeting access information, including the applicable meeting link or join option, may be made available through the Booking Details page.

Participants should use the meeting access provided through Cry-Fi and must not share the meeting access with unauthorized persons.

For video sessions:

  • The meeting is available only within the applicable session period.

  • The scheduled booking time determines the session start and end time.

  • A session timer may be displayed during the video session.

  • Participants may be permitted to join shortly before or at the scheduled start time, depending on the Platform’s configuration.

  • Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session.

  • The session automatically expires at the scheduled end time.

  • Participants may be automatically removed from the meeting when the session expires.

  • Participants cannot extend the session through the meeting system unless an additional booking is separately created and confirmed through Cry-Fi.

Cry-Fi may modify the technical implementation of video sessions as the Platform evolves.

6. Video Session Access & Personal Contact Information

For Cry-Fi Video Sessions, participants generally do not need to exchange personal phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal contact information solely for the purpose of joining the booked video session.

The Cry-Fi-provided meeting access is intended to facilitate the booked session without requiring participants to arrange a separate third-party communication channel.

Users must not use the video session or booking process to circumvent Cry-Fi’s marketplace, payment, safety, or communication rules.

Any attempt to move a booked service off-platform for the purpose of avoiding Cry-Fi fees, policies, or payment processes may constitute a policy violation.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Support Seekers and Listeners are expected to:

  • Join sessions on time.

  • Use the correct booking and meeting access.

  • Behave respectfully.

  • Follow Cry-Fi’s Code of Conduct and applicable policies.

  • Provide accurate booking information.

  • Maintain an appropriate device and internet connection for online sessions.

  • Ensure that their camera, microphone, browser, and device permissions are properly configured where required.

  • Avoid sharing meeting access with unauthorized persons.

  • Review the service information, including any stated Gender Preference, before booking.

Listeners are responsible for providing the booked service within the agreed session period and in accordance with applicable Cry-Fi policies.

8. Session Start, Duration & Automatic Expiration

The booking’s scheduled start time and duration determine the authorized session period.

The session does not continue indefinitely because a participant joins late.

For Cry-Fi Video Sessions, the Platform may automatically enforce the scheduled session duration.

At the scheduled end time:

  • The video session may automatically expire.

  • Participants may be removed from the meeting.

  • Meeting access may no longer function.

  • The session timer may reach the scheduled end point.

  • Additional time will not be automatically granted.

Participants who require additional time must make a separate booking where available.

9. Session Completion & Payout Review

After the scheduled session period ends, the booking may enter a Pending Confirmation, review, or other applicable completion status.

For applicable bookings, Support Seekers may have up to 24 hours from the scheduled session end time to:

  • Mark the session as completed;

  • Report a booking-related issue;

  • Raise a dispute; or

  • Submit supporting evidence where reasonably available.

The automatic expiration of a video meeting does not, by itself, determine the outcome of a dispute or guarantee a payout.

If no applicable dispute or complaint is submitted within the relevant review period, Cry-Fi may treat the booking as successfully completed and process the Listener’s payout in accordance with applicable policies.

10. Disputes & Evidence

If a Support Seeker believes that a Listener:

  • Failed to attend;

  • Failed to provide the booked service;

  • Provided substantially different services from those booked;

  • Acted unprofessionally;

  • Behaved abusively; or

  • Otherwise violated Cry-Fi policies,

the issue should be reported within the applicable review period.

Similarly, if a Listener experiences abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior from a Support Seeker, the Listener should end the session where appropriate, preserve available evidence, and report the matter promptly.

Cry-Fi may request relevant evidence to assist its review, including where reasonably available:

  • Screenshots

  • Booking details

  • Platform messages

  • Technical information

  • Payment information

  • Other relevant records

The availability and use of technical or session records may depend on the Platform’s systems and applicable privacy policies.

Cry-Fi may make a determination after reviewing the available information and applicable policies.

11. No-Show Policy

If a Listener fails to attend a confirmed booking without a valid reason, the Support Seeker may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A Listener who repeatedly fails to attend confirmed bookings may receive warnings, payout restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform.

If a Support Seeker fails to attend a confirmed booking without a valid reason, the booking may be treated as a User No-Show, and a refund may not be provided in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For video sessions, simply failing to join the meeting does not automatically extend the booking period.

12. Late Arrival

Participants are responsible for joining their sessions on time.

If a participant joins after the scheduled start time, the remaining session time may be reduced accordingly.

Late arrival does not automatically entitle the participant to:

  • Additional session time;

  • A later session end time;

  • An automatic refund; or

  • A replacement session.

Any exception will be handled according to the applicable Cry-Fi policies and circumstances of the booking.

13. Technical Issues

Online and video sessions depend on compatible devices, internet connectivity, software, browsers, and third-party infrastructure where applicable.

Cry-Fi is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Internet failures

  • Device malfunctions

  • Power outages

  • Browser problems

  • Camera or microphone problems

  • User permission settings

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Network congestion

  • Unsupported devices or software

  • Other technical failures outside Cry-Fi’s reasonable control

Where a significant technical issue affects a booking, Cry-Fi may review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution under the applicable policies.

Technical problems do not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement session.

14. Offline Sessions

Offline sessions are voluntary arrangements between the Support Seeker and Listener.

Cry-Fi does not physically supervise or monitor offline meetings or meeting locations.

Participants are solely responsible for their personal safety, travel arrangements, belongings, and decisions.

Cry-Fi strongly recommends choosing appropriate and safe public locations for initial offline meetings and following the applicable Session Mode & Safety Policy.

15. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Off-platform payments for Cry-Fi bookings

  • Circumventing Cry-Fi’s booking or payment system

  • Sharing or transferring video-session access to unauthorized individuals

  • Fraud or payment abuse

  • Harassment, threats, or prohibited discriminatory conduct

  • Sexual conversations, sexual services, or sexually inappropriate conduct

  • Illegal activities

  • Recording or distributing session content where prohibited by applicable law or Cry-Fi policy

  • Any conduct that violates Cry-Fi policies

Violations may result in booking cancellation, payment restrictions or holds, account suspension, permanent removal, or legal cooperation where required.

16. Session Access Restrictions

Cry-Fi may restrict or terminate access to a session where reasonably necessary for:

  • Safety

  • Security

  • Fraud prevention

  • Policy enforcement

  • Unauthorized access

  • Age restrictions

  • Technical integrity

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Participants must not attempt to bypass technical access controls, session expiration mechanisms, participant restrictions, or other Platform safeguards.

17. Platform Rights

Cry-Fi reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or modify bookings where reasonably necessary;

  • Suspend accounts;

  • Delay or restrict payouts;

  • Hold funds during investigations;

  • Reject fraudulent transactions;

  • Investigate disputes;

  • Restrict or terminate session access;

  • Preserve relevant evidence;

  • Remove unauthorized participants;

  • Enforce scheduled session expiration;

  • Modify or disable technical features;

  • Take other actions reasonably necessary to protect users, Listeners, and the integrity of the Platform.
