Registration Terms

These Registration Terms (“Terms”) govern the creation and use of user accounts on Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account, registering, or continuing to use Cry-Fi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Registration Terms, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable Cry-Fi policies.
1. Eligibility
Registration on Cry-Fi is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable to them.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old;

The information you provide is accurate and complete;

You have the legal authority to create and use a Cry-Fi account; and
-
You will comply with all applicable laws and Cry-Fi policies.
Cry-Fi reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of Cry-Fi, users must create an account using the registration process provided by the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account whenever your information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
3. Account Types
Cry-Fi currently supports different account roles, including but not limited to:

Support Seekers, who use the platform to book emotional support sessions.

Listeners, who offer emotional support services as independent service providers.
Listeners may be required to complete additional verification, onboarding, and acceptance of the Listener Agreement, Submission Terms, Listener Vetting & Verification Policy, and any other applicable requirements before offering services on the Platform.
4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password.
You agree to:

Keep your login information secure;

Not share your account with others;
-
Notify Cry-Fi immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account; and

Take reasonable steps to protect your account from misuse.
You remain responsible for all activities carried out through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Identity & Authenticity
Users must register using their own identity and must not:

Create fake accounts;
-
Impersonate another individual or organization;
-
Use misleading names or profile information;
-
Use stolen photographs or documents; or
-
Misrepresent their identity, qualifications, or experience.
Cry-Fi may request identity verification where necessary to maintain platform safety and integrity.
6. Acceptable Use
By registering an account, you agree to use Cry-Fi responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
You must not:

Engage in fraud or deceptive conduct;

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
-
Use the Platform for illegal activities;
-
Promote or request sexual services or sexually explicit interactions;

Attempt to bypass Cry-Fi’s payment systems;
-
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform; or
-
Violate any Cry-Fi policy or applicable law.
Violation of these Terms may result in warnings, account suspension, permanent removal, or legal action where appropriate.
7. Listener Registration
Individuals wishing to become Listeners acknowledge that registration alone does not authorize them to provide services through Cry-Fi.
Cry-Fi may require additional steps, including interviews, identity verification, profile review, document verification, or other screening processes before approving a Listener account.
Cry-Fi reserves the right to approve or reject any Listener application at its sole discretion.
8. Verification
Cry-Fi may verify user accounts using email verification, phone verification, identity verification, or other reasonable methods.
Failure to complete required verification may limit access to certain platform features or result in account restrictions.
9. Suspension & Termination
Cry-Fi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account where it reasonably believes that:

False information has been provided;

Platform policies have been violated;
-
Fraudulent or suspicious activity has occurred;
-
Safety concerns exist;
-
Legal obligations require action; or
-
Continued use of the account may harm the Platform or its users.
Cry-Fi may also remove inactive or abandoned accounts in accordance with its Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
10. Communications
By registering an account, you consent to receive communications from Cry-Fi relating to your account, bookings, security, policy updates, technical notices, verification requests, customer support, and other service-related matters.
Where permitted by applicable law, you may also receive optional promotional or marketing communications, which you can manage through your account settings or unsubscribe where such options are available.
11. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including bookings, communications, profile information, and interactions with other users.
You agree to use Cry-Fi honestly, respectfully, and in accordance with all applicable policies.
12. Changes to Registration Terms
Cry-Fi may update these Registration Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable laws, or operational requirements.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Cry-Fi after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
