This Code of Conduct (“Code”) establishes the behavioral standards expected from all users and listeners on Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using Cry-Fi, you agree to comply with this Code.
Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
1. Purpose
Cry-Fi exists to provide a respectful and safe environment for emotional support conversations.
All participants must engage with:
Respect
Integrity
Professionalism
Personal accountability
Cry-Fi maintains zero tolerance for abusive or exploitative behavior.
2. Respectful Conduct
All users and listeners must:
Communicate respectfully
Respect boundaries
Maintain appropriate behavior
Avoid offensive language
Engage honestly
Participants must act in good faith at all times.
3. Zero-Tolerance Sexual Misconduct Policy
The following are strictly prohibited:
Sexual conversations
Sexual requests
Sexual jokes with harmful intent
Explicit content
Sexual advances
Flirting with sexual intent
Sexual harassment
Coercion
Grooming
Suggestive or exploitative communication
This applies to:
Chats
Calls
Online sessions
Offline sessions
Group sessions
Any violation may result in immediate termination and permanent account ban.
Serious cases may be escalated to lawful authorities where necessary.
4. Harassment & Abuse
Users and listeners must not engage in:
Bullying
Threats
Verbal abuse
Emotional abuse
Intimidation
Humiliation
Repeated unwanted contact
Cry-Fi treats harassment seriously.
5. Hate Speech & Discrimination
The following are prohibited:
Racism
Religious discrimination
Gender discrimination
Identity-based attacks
Hate speech
Discriminatory harassment
Cry-Fi maintains an inclusive platform.
6. Fraud & Misrepresentation
Participants must not:
Use fake identities
Provide false information
Impersonate others
Manipulate disputes
Submit fake evidence
Abuse refund systems
Commit payment fraud
Fraud may result in immediate account action.
7. Listener Conduct Requirements
Listeners must:
Maintain professional boundaries
Avoid dependency-building for financial gain
Avoid manipulative behavior
Avoid false expertise claims
Avoid medical or therapy claims
Avoid exploiting vulnerable users
Listeners must act responsibly.
8. User Conduct Requirements
Users must not:
Abuse listeners
Pressure listeners for personal relationships
Request sexual interactions
Attempt off-platform manipulation
Stalk or repeatedly contact listeners outside allowed systems
Users must respect listener boundaries.
9. Session Termination Rights
Either participant may end a session if:
Abuse occurs
Sexual misconduct occurs
Safety concerns arise
Fraudulent behavior is suspected
Policy violations occur
Cry-Fi may request evidence for review.
10. Group Session Conduct
In group sessions:
Participants must:
Respect all participants
Avoid interruptive abuse
Maintain confidentiality expectations
Avoid harassment
Avoid disruptive behavior
Cry-Fi reserves the right to remove disruptive participants.
11. Offline Conduct
For offline sessions:
Participants remain fully responsible for their actions
Physical harassment, assault, coercion, or abuse is strictly prohibited
Any serious allegation may result in immediate suspension pending review
Cry-Fi does not supervise offline conduct.
12. Reporting Violations
Violations may be reported through:
Cry-Fi may review evidence including:
Screenshots
Chat logs
Session records
Other supporting materials
13. Enforcement
Cry-Fi may take action including:
Warning
Session termination
Temporary suspension
Permanent account removal
Payment hold during investigation
Enforcement decisions remain at Cry-Fi’s sole discretion.
14. False Allegations
Knowingly false reports or fabricated evidence may result in:
Suspension
Permanent ban
Forfeiture of refund rights
Cry-Fi treats false allegations as serious misconduct.
15. Acknowledgment
By using Cry-Fi, you acknowledge that:
