Session Mode & Safety Policy
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
This Session Mode & Safety Policy (“Policy”) governs the session formats available through Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including online, offline, and one-on-one sessions.
This Policy establishes safety expectations and explains the respective responsibilities of Cry-Fi, Support Seekers, and independent Listeners during sessions.
1. Session Modes
Cry-Fi currently facilitates the following session formats:
Online Sessions
Offline Sessions
One-on-One Sessions
Cry-Fi acts as a technology marketplace facilitating connections between Support Seekers and independent Listeners.
Cry-Fi does not directly participate in, supervise, or control individual sessions.
2. Platform Role
Cry-Fi:
Does not supervise live sessions;
Does not continuously monitor individual conversations;
Does not control participant behavior;
Does not physically supervise offline meetings;
Does not guarantee the conduct of participants;
Does not guarantee specific session outcomes; and
Does not arrange or control the physical environment of offline sessions.
Listeners operate independently, and participants remain responsible for their own conduct, decisions, and reasonable safety precautions.
3. User Discretion & Personal Responsibility
All sessions are voluntary.
Participants are responsible for:
Deciding whether to participate;
Reviewing the applicable service information before booking;
Evaluating whether they are comfortable interacting with another participant;
Maintaining appropriate personal boundaries;
Making reasonable personal safety decisions;
Following applicable Cry-Fi policies; and
Ending a session when they reasonably believe continuing may be unsafe, inappropriate, or uncomfortable.
Participants should exercise appropriate judgment before and during every session.
4. Online Session Safety
For online sessions, participants must:
Communicate respectfully;
Respect personal boundaries;
Avoid harassment and abuse;
Avoid sexual misconduct;
Avoid threats or intimidation;
Avoid fraudulent, coercive, or manipulative conduct;
Avoid unauthorized recording or distribution of session content; and
Follow applicable Cry-Fi policies.
Online misconduct may result in session termination and platform-level enforcement.
Participants are also responsible for their own device, browser, internet connection, microphone, camera, permissions, and other technical requirements necessary to participate.
5. Offline Session Risk
Offline sessions involve additional physical, personal, and environmental safety risks.
Participants acknowledge that Cry-Fi:
Does not supervise in-person meetings;
Does not control the meeting location;
Does not verify the safety of a physical environment;
Does not provide security personnel or physical protection;
Does not control transportation to or from a meeting; and
Cannot guarantee participant conduct.
Participants independently decide whether, where, and under what circumstances an offline session takes place.
6. Recommended Offline Safety Practices
Cry-Fi strongly recommends that participants:
Meet in public and reasonably populated locations where appropriate;
Avoid isolated or unfamiliar locations;
Inform a trusted person about the meeting;
Maintain control over their own transportation;
Keep personal belongings and important information secure;
Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information;
Leave immediately if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable; and
Report serious misconduct or safety concerns to Cry-Fi promptly.
These are safety recommendations and cannot guarantee protection from harm.
7. Gender Preference & Session Compatibility
A Listener may specify a Gender Preference for a particular service.
Gender Preference:
Is a service-level compatibility preference;
Must be accurately stated by the Listener;
Is displayed on the service card and service detail page at or above the price;
Is intended to help Support Seekers determine whether a service is suitable for them; and
Does not constitute permission to harass, insult, threaten, humiliate, abuse, or otherwise mistreat another person.
Support Seekers are expected to review the displayed service information, including Gender Preference, before booking.
Bookings are processed through the Platform based on the selected service. Listeners do not manually accept or reject individual bookings.
If, after the session connection begins, a Listener discovers that the participant does not fall within the Listener’s stated Gender Preference and the Listener genuinely feels uncomfortable continuing, the Listener may politely end the session.
The Listener may also continue the session if they are comfortable doing so.
Where a session is ended because of a compatibility mismatch, the Listener should:
End the interaction respectfully;
Avoid insulting, humiliating, threatening, or abusive communication;
Avoid using the mismatch as a pretext for harassment or retaliation; and
Report relevant misconduct separately where applicable.
A Gender Preference mismatch by itself does not create an automatic refund, compensation, payment reversal, or other special financial consequence.
Any separate allegation of harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, sexual misconduct, fraud, misleading service information, or other policy violation may be reviewed independently under the applicable Cry-Fi policies.
8. Sexual Misconduct & Physical Safety
Cry-Fi strictly prohibits:
Sexual harassment;
Sexual coercion;
Sexual assault;
Sexual solicitation or sexual services;
Physical intimidation;
Physical violence;
Non-consensual conduct;
Unwanted physical contact; and
Exploitative or abusive physical behavior.
These prohibitions apply to all Cry-Fi sessions, including online, offline, and one-on-one sessions.
Where serious allegations are reported, Cry-Fi may:
Restrict or suspend involved accounts;
Restrict Platform access;
Preserve relevant Platform records;
Review available information and evidence;
End or prevent affected sessions; and
Cooperate with lawful authorities where required or legally permitted.
Cry-Fi does not conduct criminal investigations or determine criminal liability.
9. Session Termination Rights
Either participant may end a session if:
Abuse occurs;
Harassment occurs;
Sexual misconduct occurs;
Threats or intimidation occur;
Safety concerns arise;
Fraudulent or deceptive behavior is suspected;
The participant becomes uncomfortable continuing; or
The participant otherwise believes continuing is inappropriate or unsafe.
Listeners may also end a session where permitted under the Gender Preference and Session Compatibility provisions of this Policy.
Session termination does not automatically determine refund eligibility.
Refunds, where applicable, are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Online Session Access & Expiry
Where Cry-Fi provides online session access, participants must use the access method and session information provided through the Platform.
Participants must not:
Bypass access restrictions;
Share session access with unauthorized persons;
Allow unauthorized individuals to participate;
Attempt to extend an expired session through technical workarounds; or
Interfere with the operation or security of the session system.
Online sessions may have designated start and end times and may automatically become unavailable after the scheduled session period.
Participants who wish to continue beyond the scheduled duration should arrange a separate session where the Platform provides that option.
11. Reporting Incidents
Participants should promptly report:
Harassment;
Abuse;
Sexual misconduct;
Threats;
Physical violence;
Unsafe behavior;
Fraud;
Serious policy violations; or
Other legitimate safety concerns.
Reports may be submitted through the channels described in the Safety & Reporting Policy.
Cry-Fi may request relevant supporting information such as:
Screenshots;
Platform messages;
Booking details;
Session-related information;
Timestamps; or
Other relevant evidence.
Participants should provide accurate information and should not submit fabricated or manipulated evidence.
12. Personal Harm & Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cry-Fi is not responsible for harm, loss, or damage arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
Participant misconduct;
Voluntary offline interactions;
Unsafe locations selected by participants;
Participant decisions;
Conduct occurring outside Cry-Fi’s reasonable control; or
Actions of independent third parties.
Cry-Fi may nevertheless take reasonable platform-level measures within its control in response to reported safety concerns.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Evidence Preservation
Cry-Fi may preserve relevant Platform records in cases involving:
Serious misconduct;
Sexual misconduct allegations;
Fraud;
Safety incidents;
Disputes;
Security incidents; or
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Preserved information may be used for platform enforcement, dispute resolution, safety reviews, security purposes, or lawful cooperation.
Retention is governed by Cry-Fi’s Privacy Policy and Data Retention & Deletion Policy, subject to applicable law.
Preservation does not necessarily mean that information will be retained indefinitely.
14. Enforcement
Violations of this Policy or other Cry-Fi policies may result in platform-level action, including:
Warnings;
Session termination;
Booking cancellation;
Content removal or restriction;
Account restrictions;
Temporary suspension;
Payment or payout holds where permitted;
Permanent account termination; or
Other appropriate platform restrictions.
The action taken may depend on the nature, seriousness, frequency, evidence, and circumstances of the violation.
15. No Guarantee of Safety
Cry-Fi takes reasonable platform-level measures to support safer interactions but cannot guarantee:
That misconduct will never occur;
That all risks will be detected;
That all participants will follow the rules;
That online interactions will always be secure;
That offline environments will be safe;
That third-party services will always operate without interruption; or
That every reported incident will have a particular outcome.
Participants should exercise their own judgment and take appropriate precautions.

This Policy should be read together with Cry-Fi’s other applicable policies, including:
