Age Restriction (18+) Policy

This Age Restriction (18+) Policy (“Policy”) governs age eligibility for all users and listeners on Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using Cry-Fi, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Cry-Fi is strictly intended for adults only.
1. Minimum Age Requirement
All users and listeners must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to:

Register an account

Book sessions
-
Conduct sessions
-
Participate in individual sessions

Join video sessions
-
Use Cry-Fi services or features
Use of Cry-Fi by individuals under eighteen (18) is strictly prohibited.
2. No Services for Minors
Cry-Fi does not knowingly provide services to individuals under eighteen (18).
Cry-Fi is not designed for:

Child emotional support
-
Minor counseling
-
Parent-supervised minor participation
-
Minor participation in video sessions
All Cry-Fi services and sessions are intended exclusively for adults.
3. Age Verification
Cry-Fi may request age or identity verification where reasonably necessary, including:

Government-issued identification
-
Date of birth verification
-
Identity verification during Listener onboarding
-
Additional verification where age or identity is in question
Failure to provide requested verification may result in account restriction, suspension, or removal.
4. Misrepresentation of Age
Users and listeners must not:

Provide false age information
-
Use another person’s identity
-
Allow another person to use their account
-
Circumvent Cry-Fi’s age restrictions
-
Permit a minor to access or participate in a Cry-Fi session
Age misrepresentation or circumvention may result in:

Immediate suspension
-
Permanent account termination
-
Cancellation or restriction of bookings
-
Loss of access to Platform services
Cry-Fi may preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement.
5. Discovery of Minor Accounts or Participation
If Cry-Fi becomes aware or reasonably suspects that an account belongs to a minor, or that a minor has participated in a Cry-Fi session, Cry-Fi may:

Suspend the account immediately

Restrict access to Platform features
-
Terminate the account
-
Cancel or restrict active bookings
-
Delete or retain data as required or permitted by applicable law

Preserve relevant records where safety, security, or legal concerns exist
Cry-Fi may take additional measures reasonably necessary to protect users and maintain Platform safety.
6. Video Session Age Requirement
Cry-Fi video sessions are intended only for authorized adult participants associated with the applicable booking.
Users must not:

Share session access with minors
-
Allow minors to join a video session
-
Transfer session access to another person
-
Invite unauthorized individuals into a session
Cry-Fi may restrict or terminate access where unauthorized or underage participation is detected or reported.
7. Child Safety Concerns
Cry-Fi treats child safety concerns seriously.
If Cry-Fi detects or receives reports involving:

Minor exploitation
-
Grooming
-
Sexual misconduct involving minors
-
Child abuse content
-
Attempts to involve minors in Cry-Fi services
-
Unsafe or unauthorized minor participation
Cry-Fi may:

Suspend or terminate accounts
-
Restrict session access
-
Preserve relevant records
-
Review reported activity
-
Cooperate with lawful authorities where legally required
Cry-Fi does not permit child-related exploitation or the use of its Platform to facilitate harm to minors.
8. Listener Responsibility
Listeners must promptly stop engagement and report to Cry-Fi if they reasonably believe:

A user is under eighteen (18)

Age information appears false
-
A minor is attempting to join a session
-
A minor has gained access to a video session
-
A child-safety risk is present

9. No Liability for False Age Information
Cry-Fi relies in part on information provided by users and listeners.
Cry-Fi cannot guarantee that every user’s stated age or identity is accurate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cry-Fi is not responsible for consequences arising solely from false age declarations, fraudulent identity use, or undisclosed minor participation that could not reasonably have been detected or prevented by Cry-Fi.
This does not limit any responsibility that Cry-Fi may have under applicable law.
10. Enforcement
Violation of this Policy may result in:

Account suspension

Permanent account termination
-
Booking cancellation
-
Payment holds where permitted by applicable policies or law

Access restrictions
-
Removal from active sessions
-
Preservation of relevant records
-
Legal or regulatory cooperation where required
Cry-Fi may take proportionate enforcement action based on the circumstances of each case.
11. Policy Changes
Cry-Fi may update this Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of Cry-Fi after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
