Graphics
Platform structure

is owned by Cry-Fi or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Limited License to Use Cry-Fi
Cry-Fi grants users and listeners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.
This license does not grant ownership rights.
3. User-Generated Content
Users and listeners may submit content such as:
Profile information
Reviews
Messages
Reports
Uploaded materials
Feedback
Users retain ownership of their original content.
However, by submitting content on Cry-Fi, you grant Cry-Fi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Store
Display
Process
Review
Moderate
Use for platform operation
Use for safety and legal compliance
to the extent necessary for operating the platform.
4. Responsibility for Submitted Content
Users and listeners are solely responsible for ensuring that content they submit:
Belongs to them, or
They have legal permission to use it
You must not upload or submit content that infringes the rights of others.
5. Prohibited Intellectual Property Violations
The following are prohibited:
Copyright infringement
Trademark infringement

Unauthorized reposting

7. Counter-Notice

Cry-Fi may review the counter-notice but is not obligated to restore content.
8. Repeat Infringers
Cry-Fi may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat intellectual property violators.
Cry-Fi retains sole discretion in determining repeat violations.
9. Trademark Protection
“Cry-Fi”, its branding, logos, and associated marks may not be used without prior written permission.
Unauthorized commercial or misleading use is prohibited.
10. Third-Party Content
Cry-Fi may display third-party content such as:
Advertisements
Affiliate materials
Sponsored content
Embedded media
Ownership of such content remains with respective owners.
Cry-Fi does not claim ownership of third-party materials.
11. No Monitoring Obligation
Cry-Fi is not obligated to proactively monitor all content for intellectual property violations.
Cry-Fi may act upon reports or where violations are detected.
12. Limitation of Liability
Cry-Fi shall not be liable for user-submitted intellectual property violations beyond Cry-Fi’s reasonable control.
Users remain responsible for their own content.
13. Policy Changes
Cry-Fi may modify this Policy at any time.
Continued use of Cry-Fi after updates constitutes acceptance.
