-
Threats or abuse based on protected or personal characteristics
Cry-Fi aims to maintain an inclusive environment for eligible adult users and listeners.
A Listener’s stated Gender Preference for a particular service is a service-level compatibility preference and does not permit harassment, abuse, insults, threats, or degrading treatment of a participant.
6. Gender Preference & Session Comfort
Listeners may specify a Gender Preference for individual services. The applicable preference is displayed with the service information to help Support Seekers determine whether the service is suitable for them before booking.
Support Seekers are expected to review the service information, including any stated Gender Preference, before making a booking.
Cry-Fi bookings are processed through the Platform and Listeners do not manually accept or reject individual bookings based on gender.
If a Support Seeker books a service despite the stated Gender Preference and the Listener discovers the mismatch after the session has connected, the Listener may:
-
Politely end the session if the Listener is not comfortable continuing; or
-
Continue the session if the Listener is comfortable doing so.
The Listener must not use a gender mismatch as a reason to harass, threaten, humiliate, or abuse the Support Seeker.
A gender mismatch by itself does not create an automatic refund, compensation, payment reversal, or other special financial consequence.
Any separate misconduct, harassment, abuse, fraud, or other policy violation may be reviewed independently under the applicable Cry-Fi policies.
7. Fraud & Misrepresentation
Participants must not:
-
Use fake identities

11. Recording, Screenshots & Distribution
Participants must respect applicable privacy laws and the reasonable privacy expectations of other participants.
Users and listeners must not secretly record, capture, reproduce, publish, distribute, or misuse video-session content, screenshots, audio, or other session material in violation of applicable law or Cry-Fi policies.
Where recording or capture is permitted by applicable law or separately authorized, participants remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy, consent, and intellectual-property requirements.

For video sessions, a participant may leave the meeting where appropriate.
Cry-Fi may terminate or restrict a session where reasonably necessary for safety, security, policy enforcement, technical integrity, or other legitimate Platform purposes.

For Cry-Fi Video Sessions, users generally do not need to exchange personal phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal contact information solely to participate in the booked session.
Participants must not pressure another participant to disclose personal information.
Attempting to move a booked service off-platform for the purpose of avoiding Cry-Fi fees, payment processes, safety controls, or Platform policies may constitute a violation.
