Community Guidelines
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
Welcome to Cry-Fi.
Cry-Fi is a platform for emotional support, human connection, and respectful conversation. These Community Guidelines help create a safer, healthier, and more respectful environment for everyone.
By using Cry-Fi, you agree to follow these Guidelines.
These Guidelines work alongside all applicable Cry-Fi policies, including the Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, Session Mode & Safety Policy, Safety & Reporting Policy, and other applicable Platform policies.
1. Be Respectful
Treat everyone with:
Kindness
Respect
Patience
Basic human decency
Disagreements are allowed. Abuse is not.
Participants should communicate in good faith and respect the right of others to end an interaction.
2. Respect Boundaries
Every person has emotional and personal boundaries.
Do not:
Pressure others
Force conversations
Push uncomfortable topics
Demand personal details
Pressure someone to disclose private information
Ignore clearly stated boundaries
Pressure someone to continue a session
A clearly communicated “No” must be respected.
3. No Sexual Content or Conduct
Cry-Fi is strictly a non-sexual platform.
Do not:
Initiate sexual conversations
Send explicit messages or content
Make sexual requests
Make sexual advances
Flirt with sexual intent
Pressure another person for sexual interaction
Offer or request sexual services
This applies to Platform communications, online sessions, video sessions, and offline sessions.
Violations may result in immediate session termination, suspension, or permanent account removal.
4. No Harassment or Abuse
Harassment and abuse are not permitted.
This includes:
Bullying
Threats
Intimidation
Humiliation
Repeated unwanted contact
Manipulation
Emotional abuse
Coercion
Stalking
Deliberate disruption of sessions
Everyone using Cry-Fi is expected to respect the safety and boundaries of others.
5. No Hate or Harassment Based on Personal Characteristics
Cry-Fi does not permit attacks, threats, harassment, or abusive conduct directed at others based on characteristics such as:
Race
Religion
Gender
Nationality
Disability
Personal identity
Other protected or personal characteristics
Cry-Fi aims to maintain a respectful environment for eligible Users and Listeners.
A Listener’s service-level Gender Preference, where provided, is a compatibility preference disclosed as part of the service information. It does not permit harassment, humiliation, threats, insults, abuse, or other prohibited conduct toward people who do not match that preference.
6. Gender Preference & Session Compatibility
Some Listener services may include a Gender Preference specifying the gender(s) the Listener is comfortable accepting for that particular service.
The Gender Preference:
Is a service-level compatibility preference.
Is displayed as part of the service information.
Is clearly displayed on the service card and service detail page, at or above the listed price.
Should be reviewed by Support Seekers before booking.
Bookings are processed through the Platform based on the service selected. Listeners do not manually accept or reject individual bookings based on gender after a booking is placed.
If a Support Seeker who does not match the displayed Gender Preference connects to a session, the Listener may:
Politely end the session immediately if they are not comfortable; or
Continue the session if they are comfortable doing so.
A gender mismatch by itself does not automatically create a right to a refund, compensation, payment reversal, or other special financial consequence.
This section does not limit Cry-Fi’s rules against harassment, abuse, threats, discrimination, sexual misconduct, or other prohibited conduct.
7. Stay Honest
Do not:
Pretend to be someone else
Use fake identities
Impersonate another person
Submit knowingly false complaints
Fabricate evidence
Scam or defraud others
Manipulate disputes or investigations
Circumvent Cry-Fi’s payment or booking systems
Provide materially false or misleading information to Cry-Fi
Trust is an essential part of the Cry-Fi marketplace.

10. Recording, Screenshots & Sharing
Participants must respect the privacy of others during Cry-Fi sessions.
Do not secretly record, capture, publish, distribute, or misuse video, audio, screenshots, messages, or other session material in violation of applicable law or Cry-Fi policies.

15. Good-Faith Reporting
Users are encouraged to report genuine concerns.
Knowingly submitting false reports, fabricating evidence, or intentionally manipulating investigations may itself constitute a policy violation.
Good-faith reports will not be treated as misconduct merely because Cry-Fi ultimately determines that a violation did not occur.
16. Final Note
Cry-Fi exists because being heard matters.
Protect that space.
Respect it.
And respect the people in it.
