Content Moderation Policy

This Content Moderation Policy (“Policy”) governs content, communications, and user-generated materials associated with Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using Cry-Fi, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Cry-Fi reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, disable, or otherwise act upon content or activity that violates this Policy, applicable law, or other Cry-Fi policies.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to content and communications associated with Cry-Fi, including:

• Chat messages

• Session messages

• Profile content

• Reviews

• Uploaded materials

• Reports and evidence submissions

• Public or private Platform communications

• Content submitted through support or reporting channels

• Content or information made available to Cry-Fi through applicable Platform systems

• Other user-generated materials submitted to or made available through the Platform

Cry-Fi’s ability to access or review content from live sessions may depend on the technical systems used to provide those sessions. Live conversations are not necessarily recorded, stored, or continuously monitored by Cry-Fi.

2. Purpose

Cry-Fi is designed to facilitate emotional-support conversations in a respectful and safe environment.

Content and conduct on the Platform must remain consistent with this purpose.

Cry-Fi prohibits content or activity that creates unreasonable safety, abuse, fraud, legal, or Platform-integrity risks.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited.

a. Sexual Content

This includes:

• Sexual conversations

• Sexual requests

• Explicit language intended to sexualize an interaction

• Sexual roleplay

• Sexual solicitation

• Sexual advances

• Nude or pornographic content

• Sexual coercion

• Sexual exploitation

• Sexually inappropriate material

Cry-Fi maintains a strict zero-tolerance approach toward sexual use of the Platform.

b. Harassment & Abuse

This includes:

• Bullying

• Threats

• Intimidation

• Verbal abuse

• Emotional abuse

• Repeated unwanted contact

• Humiliation

• Coercion

• Stalking

• Deliberate disruption of sessions

• Other abusive conduct

c. Hate Speech & Discriminatory Abuse

Content targeting individuals or groups based on characteristics such as:

• Race

• Religion

• Nationality

• Gender

• Disability

• Personal identity

• Other protected or personal characteristics

is prohibited where it constitutes discriminatory harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive conduct.

A Listener’s disclosed service-level Gender Preference does not permit harassment, humiliation, threats, insults, abuse, or other prohibited conduct toward a person who does not match that preference.

d. Illegal Content

This includes content or activity involving:

• Fraud

• Blackmail

• Extortion

• Criminal planning

• Illegal threats

• Identity theft

• Impersonation

• Other unlawful activity

Cry-Fi may take appropriate action where such activity is detected, reported, or reasonably suspected.

e. Harmful Advice

Content that encourages or facilitates serious harm is prohibited, including:

• Encouraging self-harm

• Encouraging suicide

• Encouraging violence

• Dangerous medical instructions

• Dangerous mental-health instructions

• Instructions intended to facilitate illegal activity

• Other content that presents a serious and unreasonable risk of harm

Cry-Fi is not a crisis-response, medical, psychiatric, or professional treatment platform.

f. Misleading Professional Claims

Listeners must not falsely claim or imply:

• Therapy credentials

• Medical qualifications

• Legal qualifications

• Mental-health professional qualifications

• Professional certifications they do not hold

• Other credentials they do not legitimately possess

Misrepresentation of professional qualifications is prohibited.

4. Video & Live Session Content

Cry-Fi may provide live video or other online session functionality.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their conduct and any content visible, audible, displayed, or communicated during a session complies with this Policy.

During video sessions, participants must not:

• Display prohibited sexual or explicit content

• Threaten or harass another participant

• Display illegal or abusive material

• Allow unauthorized persons to participate

• Allow minors to participate

• Use the session to facilitate prohibited activity

• Deliberately disrupt the session

• Attempt to bypass Platform safety or access controls

Video-session access is associated with the applicable booking and should not be shared with unauthorized persons.

The scheduled session may automatically expire at the booked end time, and participants may be removed from the meeting when the session expires.

5. Video, Audio & Session Information

Cry-Fi’s ability to review or moderate live session content may depend on the technical systems and services used to provide the session.

Cry-Fi does not represent that every live video or audio interaction is continuously recorded, monitored, or manually reviewed.

Where content, reports, technical information, booking information, or other relevant session information is available to Cry-Fi through its systems, user submissions, safety reports, dispute processes, or applicable third-party services, Cry-Fi may use such information for purposes including:

• Safety investigations

• Policy enforcement

• Fraud prevention

• Dispute resolution

• Security

• Legal compliance

Any applicable collection, processing, storage, or disclosure of personal information is governed by Cry-Fi’s Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

6. Recording, Screenshots & Distribution

Participants must respect the privacy of other participants.

Users and Listeners must not secretly record, capture, publish, distribute, or misuse video, audio, screenshots, messages, or other session content in violation of applicable law or Cry-Fi policies.

Where recording or capture is permitted by applicable law or separately authorized, the person making the recording or capture remains responsible for complying with applicable consent, privacy, and intellectual-property requirements.

Cry-Fi may take action against content that is submitted to the Platform or reported to Cry-Fi and violates this Policy.

7. Sensitive Discussions

Cry-Fi recognizes that emotional-support conversations may involve sensitive subjects.

Sensitive discussions may be permitted when they are:

• Non-abusive

• Non-sexual

• Non-threatening

• Non-exploitative

• Consistent with Cry-Fi’s purpose

• Not encouraging serious harm or illegal activity

Cry-Fi may restrict or act upon content when a conversation becomes unsafe, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise violates Platform policies.

8. User Responsibility

Users and Listeners are responsible for the content they create, display, communicate, upload, or share through Cry-Fi.

Cry-Fi does not pre-approve all user-generated content and cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected before it occurs.

Users should report problematic content or conduct when they become aware of it.

9. Monitoring & Review

Cry-Fi may review available content, reports, account information, technical information, booking information, or other relevant information for purposes including:

• Policy enforcement

• Fraud prevention

• Safety investigations

• Abuse reports

• Dispute resolution

• Security

• Legal compliance

Cry-Fi is not obligated to continuously monitor all communications, sessions, or user-generated content.

The extent to which live video, audio, or other session information can be reviewed depends on the technical capabilities and configuration of the relevant systems.

10. Content Removal Rights

Cry-Fi may remove, restrict, disable, or limit access to content or associated functionality that:

• Violates this Policy

• Violates another Cry-Fi policy

• Creates a safety risk

• Creates an abuse risk

• Creates a legal or regulatory risk

• Involves fraud

• Threatens Platform integrity

• Is otherwise inappropriate for the Platform

Cry-Fi may take action without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

11. Account & Session Enforcement

Policy violations may result in:

• Warnings

• Session termination

• Content removal

• Booking cancellation

• Feature restrictions

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account removal

• Payment restrictions or holds where applicable

Serious violations may result in immediate enforcement action.

Cry-Fi may also preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful authorities where required or legally permitted.

12. Evidence Preservation

Cry-Fi may preserve relevant information where reasonably necessary in connection with:

• Harassment

• Sexual misconduct

• Fraud

• Threats

• Safety investigations

• Serious policy violations

• Disputes

• Legal requests

• Security investigations

Preserved information may be used for internal review, enforcement, dispute resolution, security, or lawful cooperation, subject to applicable law and Cry-Fi’s Privacy Policy.

13. False Content & Fabricated Evidence

Submitting false, manipulated, or fabricated content is prohibited.

This includes:

• Fake screenshots

• Manipulated records

• Fabricated communications

• False reports

• Impersonation

• Deliberately misleading evidence

Violations may result in:

• Suspension

• Permanent account removal

• Restriction of dispute or refund privileges

• Other appropriate enforcement action

Good-faith reports are not prohibited merely because Cry-Fi ultimately determines that a violation did not occur.

14. Third-Party Content

Cry-Fi may display or provide access to third-party content, including:

• Advertisements

• Affiliate links

• Sponsored materials

• Shop products

• Embedded services

• Third-party integrations

Cry-Fi may not control or review all third-party content before it appears on the Platform.

Third-party content may be subject to the policies and terms of the relevant third party.

15. Limitation of Responsibility

Cry-Fi does not guarantee that all harmful, prohibited, or inappropriate content will be detected or removed.

Users remain responsible for:

• Their communications

• Their content

• Their conduct

• Their interactions with other participants

Cry-Fi operates as a technology platform and marketplace and does not assume responsibility for every user-generated communication or interaction.

16. Acknowledgment

By using Cry-Fi, you acknowledge that:

• Your content may be reviewed where reasonably available and necessary.

• Reported or submitted content may be reviewed or investigated.

• Violating content may be removed or restricted.

• Live sessions may not be continuously monitored or recorded.

• Serious violations may result in account or session action.

• Cry-Fi retains moderation and enforcement authority subject to applicable law and its policies.
