This Content Moderation Policy (“Policy”) governs all content, communications, and user-generated materials on Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using Cry-Fi, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Cry-Fi reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, or act upon content that violates this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content shared on Cry-Fi, including:

• Session messages

• Profile content

• Group discussions

• Reviews

• Uploaded materials

• Reports and evidence submissions

• Public or private communications on the platform

Cry-Fi is designed for emotional support conversations in a respectful and safe environment.

Content must align with this purpose.

Cry-Fi prohibits content that creates harm, risk, abuse, or legal exposure.

b. Harassment & Abuse

This includes:

• Intimidation

• Verbal abuse

• Emotional abuse

• Repeated unwanted contact

• Humiliation

c. Hate Speech & Discrimination

This includes content targeting individuals or groups based on:

• Race

• Religion

• Nationality

• Gender

• Disability

• Identity

Hate-based content is prohibited.

d. Illegal Content

This includes:

• Fraud

• Blackmail

• Extortion

• Criminal planning

• Illegal threats

• Identity theft

• Impersonation

e. Harmful Advice

This includes:

• Encouraging self-harm

• Encouraging suicide

• Encouraging violence

• Dangerous medical advice

• Dangerous mental health advice

• Advice promoting illegal activity

Cry-Fi is not a crisis or professional support platform.

f. Misleading Professional Claims

Listeners must not falsely claim:

• Therapy credentials

• Medical qualifications

• Legal qualifications

• Professional certifications they do not hold

Misrepresentation is prohibited.

4. Sensitive Discussions

Cry-Fi recognizes that emotional conversations may involve sensitive topics.

Sensitive discussions are allowed only when:

• Non-abusive

• Non-sexual

• Non-harmful

• Within platform purpose

Cry-Fi may restrict content that becomes unsafe.

5. User Responsibility

Users and listeners are solely responsible for content they create, share, or communicate.

Cry-Fi does not pre-approve all content.

• Harms platform integrity

Cry-Fi may act without prior notice.

8. Account Enforcement

Policy violations may result in:

• Session termination

• Content removal

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account ban

• Payment holds during review

Serious violations may result in immediate action.

9. Evidence Preservation

Cry-Fi may preserve content in cases involving:

• Harassment

• Sexual misconduct

• Fraud

• Threats

• Legal requests

• Safety investigations

Preserved content may be used for internal review or lawful cooperation.

10. False Content & Fabricated Evidence

Submitting false or manipulated content, including fake screenshots or false reports, is prohibited.

Violations may result in:

• Suspension

• Permanent ban

• Loss of refund eligibility

• Further action where applicable

11. Third-Party Content

Cry-Fi may display:

• Ads

• Affiliate links

• Sponsored materials

• Shop products

Cry-Fi is not responsible for third-party content outside its direct control.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

Cry-Fi does not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected or removed.

Users remain responsible for:

• Their communications

• Their content

• Their interactions

Cry-Fi remains a platform, not a publisher of all user content.

13. Acknowledgment

By using Cry-Fi, you acknowledge:

• Your content may be reviewed

• Violating content may be removed

• Serious violations may result in account action

• Cry-Fi retains final moderation authority
