This Jurisdiction & Governing Law Policy (“Policy”) governs the legal framework applicable to the use of Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including all services, sessions, policies, disputes, and platform interactions.
By accessing or using Cry-Fi, you agree to this Policy.
1. Governing Law
All use of Cry-Fi, including all rights, obligations, disputes, and claims arising from or relating to the platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Exclusive Jurisdiction
Subject to applicable law, all disputes, claims, controversies, or legal proceedings arising from or relating to Cry-Fi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in:
Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Users and listeners expressly consent to this jurisdiction.
3. International Users
Cry-Fi may be accessible worldwide.
By using Cry-Fi from outside India, users and listeners acknowledge and agree that:
Cry-Fi operates under Indian law
Their use remains subject to this Policy
They voluntarily access the platform at their own risk
Local laws in their country may also apply to their conduct
Cry-Fi does not guarantee compliance with laws outside India.
4. Platform Nature
Cry-Fi acts solely as a technology marketplace connecting independent users and listeners.
Cry-Fi does not:
Act as a therapist
Act as a healthcare provider
Act as an employer of listeners
Supervise offline meetings
Control participant behavior
This platform role remains relevant in all legal interpretation.
5. Dispute Resolution Preference
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users and listeners agree to first attempt resolution by contacting Cry-Fi through:

Cry-Fi may review complaints through its internal grievance process.
Cry-Fi does not guarantee settlement.
6. Limitation on Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Users and listeners agree that claims against Cry-Fi must be brought individually and not as part of:
Class actions
Collective actions
Representative actions
where permitted by applicable law.
7. Time Limitation for Claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to Cry-Fi must be brought within one (1) year from the date the claim arose, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Failure to do so may result in waiver of the claim.
8. Cross-Border Enforcement
Cry-Fi reserves the right to cooperate with:
Courts
Law enforcement
Regulatory bodies
Government authorities
in India or other jurisdictions where legally required.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
