This Listener Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and all individuals who register, apply, or provide emotional support services as listeners on the platform.
By joining or operating as a listener on Cry-Fi, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Independent Status
Listeners operate as independent service providers.
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
Employment
Partnership
Agency
Joint venture
Employer-employee relationship
Listeners are solely responsible for their own conduct, obligations, and legal compliance.
Cry-Fi acts only as a connecting marketplace.
2. Eligibility
To become a listener:
You must:
Be at least eighteen (18) years old
Provide accurate information
Complete Cry-Fi’s vetting process
Provide requested identity verification
Have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
Cry-Fi reserves full discretion in approvals.
3. Listener Responsibilities
Listeners agree to:
Conduct sessions respectfully
Maintain professional boundaries
Follow all Cry-Fi policies
Avoid abusive behavior
Avoid manipulative behavior
Avoid exploitative conduct
Avoid misleading claims
Listeners remain fully responsible for their services.
4. Strict Sexual Misconduct Prohibition
Listeners must not engage in:
Sexual conversations
Sexual solicitation
Sexual advances
Sexual requests
Explicit content
Sexual harassment
Coercion
Grooming
Suggestive behavior intended for sexual purposes
This applies across:
Chats
Calls
Online sessions
Offline sessions
Group sessions
Violations may result in immediate removal and possible legal escalation.
5. No Therapy or Medical Representation
Unless specifically authorized by Cry-Fi in writing, listeners must not:
Claim to be therapists on Cry-Fi
Claim to provide medical advice
Offer diagnosis
Offer treatment
Offer crisis intervention
Present Cry-Fi services as healthcare
Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
6. Session Boundaries
Listeners must:
Respect user boundaries
Avoid emotional dependency creation for profit
Avoid coercive upselling
Avoid pressure tactics
Avoid exploiting vulnerable users
Cry-Fi may review suspicious patterns.
7. Offline Sessions
If participating in offline sessions:
Listeners do so voluntarily
Listeners accept personal responsibility for their conduct
Listeners are responsible for their own safety decisions
Cry-Fi does not supervise or control offline meetings.
Listeners remain personally liable for unlawful conduct.
8. Group Sessions
Listeners conducting group sessions must:
Maintain order
Enforce respectful behavior
Avoid favoritism
Avoid unsafe group environments
Cry-Fi may restrict group privileges where necessary.
9. Pricing & Payments
Listeners may set their own pricing where permitted by Cry-Fi.
Cry-Fi may retain a platform commission from each booking.
Payouts may be delayed, held, or adjusted for:
Refund disputes
Fraud investigations
Safety investigations
Policy violations
10. Off-Platform Conduct & Poaching
Listeners must not:
Divert users for direct off-platform payment
Circumvent Cry-Fi fees
Use Cry-Fi to build unauthorized private client pipelines
Cry-Fi may suspend or terminate accounts for such conduct.
Cry-Fi shall not be liable for off-platform disputes.
11. Verification & Accuracy
Listeners must keep:
Identity details accurate
Contact details updated
Verification information current
Providing false information may result in immediate termination.
12. Complaints & Investigations
Cry-Fi may review listener-related complaints involving:
Abuse
Fraud
Harassment
Sexual misconduct
Safety concerns
Misrepresentation
Cry-Fi may request supporting evidence.
Listeners must cooperate reasonably.
13. Suspension & Termination
Cry-Fi may suspend or terminate listener accounts at its sole discretion for:
Policy violations
Safety concerns
Fraud
Misconduct
Repeated complaints
Misrepresentation
No prior notice is required.
14. Taxes & Legal Compliance
Listeners are solely responsible for:
Taxes
Legal compliance
Financial declarations
Regulatory obligations in their jurisdiction
Cry-Fi is not responsible for listener tax matters.
15. Limitation of Platform Responsibility
Cry-Fi shall not be liable for:
Listener income loss
User disputes
Refund disputes
Session dissatisfaction
Offline incidents
User misconduct
Listeners operate at their own risk.
16. Indemnification
Listeners agree to indemnify and hold Cry-Fi harmless against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
Listener conduct
Listener sessions
Listener violations of law
Listener policy violations
17. Policy Integration
Listeners agree to all Cry-Fi policies, including:
Terms & Conditions
Privacy Policy
Refund Policy
Code of Conduct
Session Mode & Safety Policy
Safety & Reporting Policy
Content Moderation Policy
These form part of this Agreement.
18. Modifications
Cry-Fi may modify this Agreement at any time.
Continued listener activity after updates constitutes acceptance.
