This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, cancellations, refunds, and disputes made through Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By booking or purchasing any service through Cry-Fi, you agree to this Policy.


1. General Policy

All payments made on Cry-Fi are final unless expressly eligible for refund under this Policy.

Cry-Fi reserves the sole and absolute right to:

  • Approve refunds

  • Deny refunds

  • Review disputes

  • Investigate misconduct

  • Determine eligibility based on available evidence

All decisions made by Cry-Fi regarding refunds are final.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

a. Listener No-Show

A refund may be issued if:

  • The listener fails to attend the booked session

  • The session was not started without valid reason

Cry-Fi may verify attendance using platform records.


b. Listener Misconduct

A refund may be considered if the listener:

  • Engages in abuse

  • Uses threatening behavior

  • Violates Cry-Fi policies

  • Engages in sexual misconduct

  • Harasses the user

  • Acts fraudulently

Valid evidence may be required.


c. Technical Failure

A refund may be considered if:

  • Cry-Fi platform errors prevent service delivery

  • System failures disrupt session access

Third-party connectivity issues outside Cry-Fi’s control may not qualify.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be granted for:

  • User no-shows

  • Late arrivals by users

  • User voluntarily ending a session without valid cause

  • Personal dissatisfaction without policy violation

  • Change of mind after booking

  • Subjective emotional dissatisfaction

  • Group session exits after joining

  • Failure to provide required evidence

  • Abuse committed by the user

  • Sexual misconduct initiated by the user

  • Off-platform arrangements made independently


4. Customer Abuse & Session Termination

If a user engages in:

  • Harassment

  • Threats

  • Abuse

  • Sexual intent conversations

  • Explicit requests

  • Policy violations

the listener may:

  • Issue a warning

  • Inform the user of possible termination

  • End the session immediately if behavior continues

Where possible, the listener should preserve supporting evidence.

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Listener remains eligible for payment


5. Listener Abuse & Session Termination

If a listener engages in:

  • Abuse

  • Harassment

  • Sexual misconduct

  • Fraud

  • Threats

  • Manipulation

the user may:

  • End the session

  • Submit a report

  • Request a refund

Cry-Fi may investigate and issue refunds where appropriate.


6. Sexual Misconduct Disputes

Cry-Fi treats sexual misconduct seriously.

If any sexual misconduct, harassment, coercion, or inappropriate conduct occurs:

  • Sessions may be terminated immediately

  • Accounts may be suspended during investigation

  • Evidence may be preserved

  • Refunds may be issued based on review

False allegations may result in account action.


7. Offline Session Refunds

Offline sessions are limited in verifiability.

Refunds for offline sessions may only be considered where:

  • Credible evidence exists

  • Policy violations are reasonably established

Cry-Fi does not guarantee refunds for unverifiable offline disputes.

Cry-Fi is not responsible for offline personal safety incidents.


8. Group Session Refunds

Group session refunds may be limited.

Refunds are generally not issued for:

  • Voluntary exits

  • Discomfort caused by non-violative discussion

  • Disagreement with participants

Refunds may be considered only for serious policy violations.


9. Proof Requirements

Cry-Fi may require:

  • Screenshots

  • Chat records

  • Session logs

  • Timestamps

  • Supporting documents

Failure to provide reasonable evidence may affect refund eligibility.

Fraudulent evidence may result in suspension or permanent ban.


10. Cancellation Policy

a. User Cancellation

Users may cancel before the session begins.

Refund eligibility may depend on timing and circumstances.

Late cancellations may not qualify.


b. Listener Cancellation

If a listener cancels:

  • Users may reschedule or request a refund


11. Chargeback Abuse

Users must not initiate chargebacks fraudulently.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent suspension

  • Account restrictions

  • Legal recovery where applicable

Cry-Fi reserves the right to contest chargebacks.


12. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take reasonable time depending on the payment provider.

Cry-Fi is not responsible for third-party processing delays.


13. Platform Credits

Cry-Fi may, at its discretion, issue:

  • Partial refunds

  • Full refunds

  • Platform credits

instead of monetary returns.


14. Final Authority

Cry-Fi retains sole authority over:

  • Refund eligibility

  • Dispute review

  • Evidence acceptance

  • Enforcement actions

All decisions are final and binding.
