This Safety & Reporting Policy (“Policy”) explains how Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles safety concerns, policy violations, misconduct reports, and related incidents on the platform.

By using Cry-Fi, you agree to this Policy.


1. Purpose

Cry-Fi is committed to maintaining a respectful and reasonably safe environment for emotional support conversations.

This Policy establishes how users and listeners may report safety concerns and how Cry-Fi may respond.

Cry-Fi remains a technology platform and does not guarantee prevention of all misconduct.


2. Reportable Incidents

Users and listeners may report:

  • Harassment

  • Abuse

  • Sexual misconduct

  • Sexual harassment

  • Sexual assault

  • Threats

  • Hate speech

  • Fraud

  • Misrepresentation

  • Blackmail

  • Extortion

  • Stalking

  • Unsafe offline behavior

  • Group misconduct

  • Policy violations

Reports must be submitted in good faith.

Cry-Fi may introduce additional reporting channels at its discretion.


4. Evidence Requirements

To assist review, participants may submit:

  • Screenshots

  • Chat logs

  • Booking details

  • Timestamps

  • Payment references

  • Session-related documentation

  • Other relevant evidence

Cry-Fi may request additional information where necessary.

Failure to provide reasonable supporting information may affect review outcomes.


5. Immediate Safety Risks

If you face:

  • Physical danger

  • Sexual assault

  • Violent threats

  • Medical emergencies

  • Criminal activity

You should immediately contact:

  • Local law enforcement

  • Emergency services

  • Appropriate crisis services

Cry-Fi is not an emergency-response service.


6. Platform Review Process

Upon receiving a report, Cry-Fi may:

  • Review available evidence

  • Review account history

  • Review prior complaints

  • Review platform activity logs

  • Request clarifications

Cry-Fi reserves full discretion in how it reviews incidents.

Cry-Fi is not obligated to investigate every matter.


7. Interim Safety Actions

While reviewing serious reports, Cry-Fi may:

  • Temporarily suspend accounts

  • Freeze payouts

  • Restrict access

  • Pause bookings

  • Limit communications

This may occur before final decisions are made.


8. Serious Misconduct Cases

For allegations involving:

  • Sexual assault

  • Physical violence

  • Criminal threats

  • Child safety concerns

  • Severe harassment

Cry-Fi may:

  • Immediately suspend involved accounts

  • Preserve available records

  • Restrict access

  • Cooperate with lawful authorities where legally required

Cry-Fi does not conduct criminal investigations.


9. False Reports & Fabricated Evidence

Knowingly submitting:

  • False allegations

  • Misleading claims

  • Fabricated screenshots

  • Manipulated evidence

is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in:

  • Suspension

  • Permanent ban

  • Loss of refund eligibility

  • Legal action where applicable


10. Confidentiality of Reports

Cry-Fi will make reasonable efforts to handle reports responsibly.

However, Cry-Fi may disclose relevant information where necessary for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Safety enforcement

  • Fraud prevention

  • Law enforcement requests

Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.


11. No Guarantee of Outcome

Cry-Fi does not guarantee:

  • Specific enforcement outcomes

  • Refund approval

  • Account bans

  • Safety results

All decisions remain at Cry-Fi’s sole discretion.


12. No Duty to Protect

Cry-Fi provides a reporting mechanism but does not assume a legal duty to protect participants from all harm.

Participants remain responsible for:

  • Their decisions

  • Their interactions

  • Their safety choices

This is especially applicable to offline sessions.


13. Record Preservation

Cry-Fi may preserve records relating to:

  • Serious misconduct

  • Sexual allegations

  • Fraud

  • Safety incidents

  • Legal requests

Retention periods may vary based on seriousness and legal necessity.


14. Retaliation Prohibited

Retaliation against anyone for making a good-faith report is prohibited.

This includes:

  • Threats

  • Harassment

  • Intimidation

  • Blackmail

  • Repeated unwanted contact

Violations may result in immediate enforcement action.


15. Acknowledgment

By using Cry-Fi, you acknowledge that:

  • Cry-Fi is not an emergency service

  • Cry-Fi cannot prevent all misconduct

  • Reporting does not guarantee a specific outcome

  • You remain responsible for your own safety decisions
