Last Updated: September 7, 2026
These Submission Terms (“Terms”) govern listings, profiles, services, descriptions, images, pricing, availability information, Gender Preference information, and other content submitted to Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms should be read together with the other applicable Cry-Fi policies governing Listener services, Platform use, safety, content, payments, and privacy.
1. Eligibility
Only registered and approved Listeners may submit listings and services on Cry-Fi.
Submitting a listing does not guarantee:
-
Publication;
-
Approval;
-
Visibility;
-
Search placement;
-
Booking availability; or
-
Continued availability on the Platform.
Cry-Fi may approve, reject, restrict, or remove submissions based on Platform requirements, safety standards, verification procedures, applicable policies, legitimate operational considerations, or applicable law.

Listeners must ensure that their listings remain consistent with Cry-Fi’s Session Scope & Limitations Policy and Not-a-Therapy & No Medical Advice Disclaimer.
A listing must not represent a Cry-Fi session as therapy, medical treatment, clinical care, emergency assistance, or another regulated professional service unless expressly permitted by applicable Cry-Fi policies and law.
4. Prohibited Listings
The following listings, services, and offers are prohibited:
-
Sexual or sexually exploitative services;

Attempts to evade Platform restrictions or enforcement; and
-
Content or services that otherwise violate Cry-Fi policies or applicable law.
Cry-Fi may immediately restrict, hide, suspend, or remove listings that appear to violate these requirements.
5. Images & Media
Listeners may upload only images, videos, graphics, and other media that they own or are legally authorized to use.
Uploaded media must:
-
Accurately represent the Listener or service;
-
Not contain nudity or sexually explicit material;
-
Not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
-
Not contain unlawful, threatening, or abusive material;
-
Not impersonate another person;
-
Not materially mislead Support Seekers about the service; and
-
Comply with applicable Cry-Fi policies.
Cry-Fi may restrict or remove media that does not comply with these requirements.
6. Pricing
Listeners may set their own service prices, subject to any pricing requirements, minimums, maximums, or other restrictions established by Cry-Fi.
Listeners are responsible for ensuring that displayed pricing is accurate.
Cry-Fi may separately display applicable Platform fees, payment charges, taxes, or other applicable amounts where relevant.
Cry-Fi may deduct its applicable Platform commission from eligible bookings in accordance with the applicable marketplace and payment terms.
7. Review & Approval
Cry-Fi may review submissions before or after publication.
Cry-Fi may:
-
Approve or reject listings;
-
Request additional information;
-
Request identity or verification information;
-
Request changes to listing content;
-
Correct formatting, spelling, grammar, or categorization where reasonably necessary;
-
Restrict listing visibility;
-
Temporarily suspend a listing;
-
Remove content; or
-
Require a Listener to update or clarify information.
Approval of a listing does not constitute:
-
An endorsement by Cry-Fi;
-
A certification of the Listener;
-
A guarantee of the Listener’s qualifications;
-
A guarantee of service quality;
-
A guarantee of safety; or
-
A guarantee of any particular session outcome.
8. Ongoing Compliance
Listeners are responsible for ensuring that their listings remain accurate and compliant after publication.
Listeners must promptly update information that becomes materially inaccurate or outdated.
Cry-Fi may periodically review listings and may request updates, verification, clarification, or supporting information.
A Listener’s continued listing availability is not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual Property
Listeners retain ownership of original content they submit, subject to the rights granted to Cry-Fi under applicable Cry-Fi policies.
By submitting content to Cry-Fi, a Listener grants Cry-Fi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, moderate, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to:
-
Operate the Platform;
-
Display the Listener’s listing;
-
Provide marketplace services;
-
Process and facilitate bookings;
-
Maintain Platform safety and integrity;
-
Moderate or review reported content;
-
Promote Cry-Fi and applicable Listener services;
-
Improve Platform functionality and presentation; and
-
Comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Listener’s underlying intellectual property.
The license does not authorize Cry-Fi to sell the Listener’s original content as an independent product or exploit it for unrelated purposes beyond the legitimate operation, promotion, safety, legal, and business functions of the Platform, unless otherwise authorized or permitted by law.
10. Gender Preference & Session Compatibility
Where the feature is available, a Listener may specify a Gender Preference for a particular service.
Gender Preference:
-
Is a service-level compatibility preference;
-
Must be selected and represented accurately by the Listener;
-
Is displayed on the service card and service detail page at or above the price;
-
Helps Support Seekers determine whether the service is suitable for them; and
-
Does not constitute permission to harass, insult, threaten, humiliate, abuse, or otherwise mistreat another person.
Support Seekers are expected to review the displayed service information, including Gender Preference, before booking.
Bookings are processed through the Platform based on the selected service. Listeners do not manually accept or reject individual bookings.
If, after the session connection begins, a Listener discovers that the participant does not fall within the Listener’s stated Gender Preference and the Listener genuinely feels uncomfortable continuing, the Listener may politely end the session.
The Listener may also continue the session if they are comfortable doing so.
A Gender Preference mismatch by itself does not create an automatic refund, compensation, payment reversal, or other special financial consequence.
Any separate allegation of harassment, abuse, threats, sexual misconduct, fraud, misleading service information, or other policy violation may be reviewed independently under the applicable Cry-Fi policies.
11. Removal of Listings
Cry-Fi may hide, restrict, suspend, edit, or permanently remove a listing where reasonably necessary, including when:
-
Cry-Fi policies are violated;
-
Safety concerns arise;
-
Fraud or material misrepresentation is suspected;
-
Required verification is incomplete, invalid, or cannot be reasonably established;
-
The listing contains prohibited content;
-
The listing receives substantiated policy-related complaints;
-
The listing creates material legal, security, or Platform-integrity risks;
-
The Listener becomes ineligible to provide services; or
-
Applicable law requires action.
Cry-Fi may take action without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or Platform integrity.
12. Listener Responsibility
Listeners remain responsible for:
-
The accuracy of submitted content;
-
The services they offer;
-
The representations made in their listings;
-
Their conduct during sessions;
-
Their interactions with Support Seekers;
-
Their compliance with applicable laws; and
-
Their compliance with Cry-Fi policies.
Cry-Fi provides marketplace technology and does not assume responsibility for the independent services, representations, or conduct of Listeners beyond the responsibilities expressly undertaken by Cry-Fi under its policies and applicable law.
13. Policy Integration
These Terms should be read together with the applicable Cry-Fi policies, including:
-
Where applicable, the more specific policy may govern the relevant issue.
14. Policy Updates
Cry-Fi may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, business operations, security requirements, safety practices, or applicable law.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
