These Submission Terms govern all listings, profiles, services, descriptions, images, pricing, and other content submitted to Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By submitting or updating a listing, you agree to these Submission Terms and all other applicable Cry-Fi policies.

1. Eligibility

Only registered and approved Listeners may submit listings on Cry-Fi. Submission of a listing does not guarantee publication or approval.


2. Accurate Information

All submitted information must be truthful, accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

Listeners must not:

  • Provide false information.

  • Impersonate another person.

  • Misrepresent qualifications or experience.

  • Use fake profile photos or stolen content.


3. Listing Content

Each listing should clearly describe the emotional support service being offered.

Listings must include accurate information regarding:

  • Service title

  • Description

  • Categories

  • Pricing

  • Session type

  • Availability

  • Languages

  • Location (if applicable)

Descriptions should not contain misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated claims.


4. Prohibited Listings

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sexual or intimate services.

  • Escort or dating services.

  • Therapy or medical treatment claims without authorization.

  • Illegal services.

  • Gambling or financial schemes.

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content.

  • Violent or abusive content.

  • Fraudulent or misleading offers.

  • Requests for off-platform payments.

  • Content that violates any Cry-Fi policy or applicable law.

Any listing containing such content may be removed immediately.


5. Images & Media

Listeners may upload only content that they own or are legally authorized to use.

Uploaded images and media must:

  • Represent the service accurately.

  • Not contain nudity or sexually explicit material.

  • Not infringe copyright or trademark rights.

  • Not contain offensive, violent, or illegal content.

Cry-Fi may remove media that does not comply with these standards.


6. Pricing

Listeners are responsible for setting their own service prices, subject to any minimum or maximum limits established by Cry-Fi.

Cry-Fi may display applicable platform fees separately and will retain its platform commission in accordance with its business model.


7. Review & Approval

Cry-Fi reserves the right to review every submission before or after publication.

Cry-Fi may:

  • Approve or reject listings.

  • Request additional information.

  • Request verification documents.

  • Edit formatting, grammar, spelling, or categorization without changing the intended meaning.

  • Remove or suspend listings that violate platform policies.

Approval of a listing does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Cry-Fi.


8. Ongoing Compliance

Listeners are responsible for ensuring their listings remain accurate and compliant.

Cry-Fi may periodically review listings and request updates where necessary.


9. Intellectual Property

Listeners retain ownership of the content they create.

By submitting a listing, you grant Cry-Fi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, store, moderate, promote, and use your submitted content for operating, marketing, and improving the platform.


10. Removal of Listings

Cry-Fi may suspend, hide, edit, or permanently remove any listing at its sole discretion, including where:

  • Platform policies are violated.

  • Safety concerns arise.

  • Fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.

  • Required verification is not completed.

  • The listing receives repeated, substantiated complaints.

  • Legal obligations require removal.


11. Listener Responsibility

Listeners remain solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of submitted content.

  • The services they provide.

  • Their interactions with Support Seekers.

  • Compliance with applicable laws and Cry-Fi policies.

Cry-Fi acts solely as a marketplace connecting independent participants.


12. Policy Updates

Cry-Fi may modify these Submission Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
