Cry-Fi (“Cry-Fi”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an emotional-support marketplace designed to connect users with independent listeners for human-centered emotional support conversations through online, offline, one-on-one, and group sessions.

Cry-Fi exists to provide a safe, respectful, and non-professional emotional support environment. Our platform is built on trust, personal responsibility, and clear boundaries.

To maintain transparency, safety, legal compliance, and platform integrity, Cry-Fi has established the following policies, agreements, and disclaimers that govern all use of the platform.

Cry-Fi is strictly a technology platform and marketplace.

Cry-Fi:

• Does not employ listeners as employees

• Does not provide therapy, counseling, psychiatry, or medical services

• Does not supervise live sessions

• Does not guarantee emotional outcomes

• Does not guarantee personal safety in offline sessions

• Does not provide emergency or crisis services

• Does not assume responsibility for personal decisions made by users or listeners

All interactions on Cry-Fi are voluntary and undertaken at the participants’ own discretion and risk.

Users and listeners remain solely responsible for:

• Their behavior

• Their communications

• Their personal boundaries

• Their safety decisions

• Their offline meeting choices

• Their legal compliance

Zero-Tolerance Areas

Cry-Fi maintains strict zero-tolerance policies regarding:

• Sexual misconduct

• Sexual harassment

• Sexual assault

• Sexual conversations and solicitation

• Abuse and harassment

• Fraud and misrepresentation

• Child safety violations

• Hate speech

• Illegal activity

• Exploitation of vulnerable individuals

Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent bans, evidence preservation, and legal cooperation where required.

Policy Hierarchy

These policies should be read together.

If one policy addresses a specific issue more directly than another, the more specific policy shall govern that issue.

Cry-Fi reserves the right to interpret, enforce, and apply these policies at its sole discretion.

Policy Updates
